The Role
Your role will be to assist the Office Manager to run the Charity’s Business and Administration function effectively. There are many aspects to business and administration function of the Charity, which you will be involved in. The key responsibilities you may engage with are as follows:
Key Responsibilities
Referral Agencies
Answering and responding to referral agencies calls and emails.
Listening to voicemails/ returning calls
Booking in referrals agencies requests
Filling forms and or Update database
Collections of Good from Customer and Clients
Answering and responding to customer and clients calls and emails.
Dealing and resolving customer complaints
Booking in collections requests
Arrange collection of goods by updating diary
Writing or typing out collection forms for the drivers.
Update database
Evaluations
Calling previous service users and completing questionnaires
General
Sorting paperwork/ filing
Photocopy
Report any health and safety concern to the Office Manager or Operational Director
Report any Fire Safety concerns to the Office Manager or the Operational Director
Report all security concerns to the Office Manager
