About Us
Provision House Recruitment was established to create a recruitment service that delivers more than just employment outcomes. Provision House Recruitment exists to connect talented individuals with meaningful employment opportunities whilst generating social impact across the Black Country and beyond.
We are proud to be the social enterprise arm of Provision House (formerly known as Loaves n Fishes, Charity No. 1147775), building upon years of experience supporting individuals and communities facing barriers to employment and progression.
Our Story
The development of Provision House Recruitment is rooted in the success of Provision House’s Employability Progression Programmes, which have been delivering life-changing support since September 2021. Through these programmes, we have worked with hundreds of local residents, helping them gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities needed to progress into:
- Employment
- Apprenticeships
- Further and Higher Education
- Volunteering Opportunities
- Self-Employment and Enterprise
As our programmes grew, we recognised an opportunity to do more. Employers consistently told us they needed access to motivated, work-ready candidates, whilst jobseekers needed trusted pathways into sustainable employment. Provision House Recruitment was created to bridge that gap.
By combining professional recruitment services with a strong social purpose, we help employers find great people whilst creating opportunities for individuals who may otherwise face challenges entering or progressing within the labour market.
Our Social Mission
Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, our purpose extends beyond commercial success. Provision House Recruitment operates as a Community Interest Company (CIC), meaning our activities are driven by community benefit. Income generated through our recruitment services is reinvested into employability support, skills development, and opportunities for local residents.
Our mission is simple: To create sustainable employment opportunities while generating income that supports individuals and communities to thrive.
Every successful placement contributes towards strengthening the long-term sustainability of employability programmes that support people into work, training, education, and personal development.
Supporting Candidates
We understand that finding employment can be challenging, particularly for individuals facing barriers such as unemployment, low confidence, limited work experience, or changing career circumstances.
Our approach focuses on supporting people to realise their potential and access opportunities that lead to long-term success. We are committed to helping candidates develop their confidence, skills, and employability whilst connecting them with employers who value talent, diversity, and potential.
Supporting Employers
We believe employers play a crucial role in creating stronger communities. Whether recruiting temporary, permanent, apprenticeship, or entry-level positions, we work closely with employers to identify candidates who possess the skills, attitude, and potential to succeed.
By partnering with Provision House Recruitment, organisations gain access to quality recruitment services whilst contributing to a wider social impact mission.
Looking Forward
Provision House Recruitment represents the next chapter in Provision House’s commitment to empowering individuals and strengthening communities. By combining professional recruitment expertise with a clear social purpose, we are creating a model where business success directly contributes to social good.
Together with employers, partners, and jobseekers, we are building a future where opportunity is accessible to everyone and where recruitment creates lasting impact beyond the workplace.
Building on the success of our Employability Progression Programmes, operating since 2021, we support Black Country residents into employment, apprenticeships, education, volunteering, and self-employment.
As a Community Interest Company, we generate income that is reinvested into employability support, helping create sustainable opportunities for local people while ensuring vital services remain accessible to those who need them most.
