Warehouse Assistant

This role supports our warehouse and delivery/collection teams, providing furniture packages for referred families and individuals. It also enables Provision Emporium items to be delivered and collected.

Personal qualities and experience
This role does require a level of personal fitness as it does involve the lifting of items including larger furniture. Experience of moving and handling is desirable, though not essential. Volunteers will work as part of a team and will be travelling to various locations within the Black Country region. There will be the need to enter properties and volunteers should be polite and courteous at all times. Reliability is essential, volunteers must be consistent in attendance, willing to follow instruction and adhere to confidentiality and other relevant policies.
